The teaching with primary sources program at SUNY Geneseo offers certified K-6 educators professional workshop opportunities for instruction in navigating the Library of Congress website digitized primary sources. Participants learn about strategies for searching and teaching with primary sources to promote inquiry and critical thinking to support curriculum across grade levels and subjects. Participants also have time to collaborate to create lesson activities that utilize primary sources and resources from the Library of Congress website.
