Pillar Advocates
Pillar Advocates are fraternity/sorority members who wish to serve as resources to current and prospective members. Advocates can answer questions about navigating recruitment and membership, connect you to other LGBTQ* fraternity/sorority members, or simply provide a social connection.
Pillar Advocates are expected to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for our LGBTQ community and to advance such goals within their respective organizations.

Bio: I'm a junior Political Science and English double major with a minor in the Edgar Fellows Honors College. I'm from Queens, NY, and I'm involved in multiple clubs and organizations on campus. I'm the President of Pride Alliance, co-Vice President of Alpha Delta Epsilon, an Orientation Leader, Tour Guide, Admissions Intern, CIT Helpdesk technician, and a Safe Zone trainer-in-training. When I graduate, I plan to pursue my Ph.D. in Political Science and research human rights in post-communist countries.

Bio: I'm a Junior Geological Sciences and Adolescence Education major. My hometown is Attica, New York. I've found ways to connect with campus both through my roles in AST and my extracurricular activities. I am currently a ULA in the Geology department, and I absolutely love it. Last semester I worked for the Office of Accessibility Services as a peer mentor and accessibility advocate. I'm the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging chair for AST, and my goal for the chapter this year is to get our chapter more involved with non-greek organizations as well as multicultural groups. If you have any questions about Greek life in general, please reach out! My goal is to help you find an organization that feels like home.

Bio: I am a first-generation junior neuroscience major with a double minor in biology and cognitive science and I am from Jamestown NY. I am currently the Vice President and Public Relations of MAC , I also have been a senator serving on the DEI committee of the undergraduate student senate for the past 3 years, and I am safe zone trained. In the meantime, I like to spend time with nature, listing to music, and taking pictures with my camera. Bio: Hi! I'm a sophomore Finance major and Dance minor. I’m from a small town about an hour north of Syracuse. On campus I am a part of Phi Lamb, Geneseo Dance Ensemble, Orchesis Dance and I am a work study in the Provost Office.
