Where are they now?

Matthew DeCotis

Matthew DeCotis graduated from the department in 1983. After receiving his MBA in MIS in 1985 from the University at Albany, he was employed by WellPoint Inc. He currently works there as an Adviser of Application Design, working with both on-shore and off-shore teams to create effective computer solutions for Health Care processing.

Veronica Doran

Veronica Doran was the outstanding senior from the class of 1993. She worked for three years on Capitol Hill at the House International Relations Committee. In 1998 she graduated with a Bachelor's of Nursing from Marymount University. For the past eight years she has worked with emotionally disturbed children at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. She is currently working on a Master's in Nursing Education at George Mason University. Contact: Veronica is happy to help any current students interested in working in Washington D.C.

Annette M. Harding

Annette M. Harding graduated from Geneseo in 1983. She is currently a self-employed attorney and the acting justice of the peace for the Village of Belmont. She is also the Department of Social Services attorney for Allegany County for child support matters. She was the first woman ever appointed to the Allegheny Highlands Council for Boy Scouts as a board-of-directors member. Annette's general practice is in Wellsville, New York, and involves family court, wills/estates and real property.

Jason Rielly

Jason Rielly graduated in May 2005. He is the special assistant/special projects aide to the County Executive C. Scott Vanderhoef at the Rockland County Executive's Office. He has been a political consultant for five years. From April to November '06 he worked on the election campaigns for John Faso and Scott Vanderhoef, running for Governor and Lieutenant Governor, respectively. Contact: Jason is always happy to talk to students about local government and political campaigns.

Mark Stevens

Mark Stevens graduated from the PoliSci department in 2003. After graduation he attended SUNY Albany where he received his Master's in Political Science. He then attended Law School at Syracuse University, from which he has recently graduated with his JurisDoctor.
