One Capstone Experience (choose one from the list below)

  • ANTH 322 Anthropology of the Borderlands. Offered as a Study Away in Tucson, AZ during Winter Intersession.
  • ANTH 395 Internship with an institution working to address the social determinants of health/health inequities
  • ANTH 402 Sociomedical Sciences Capstone (PreReq: ANTH 302). Offered every Fall.
  • BIOL 344: Biology and Global Health in Ghana (4 credits) (PreReq: BIOL 117 and BIOL 119)
  • SOCL 361 Field Research Methods (PreReq: Any 100-level SOCL Course). Offered every Fall.
  • SOCL 395 Internship with an institution working to address the social determinants of health/health inequities

Electives— Choose five courses. At least one course from ANTH, at least one course from SOCL, and at least one course outside of ANTH and SOCL. At least one course must be at the 300-level or higher. Four of the courses must be taken from the Group A Core Courses list.
