How to Pay Your Bill

You can make tuition and student account payments online, in person, or by mail. 

Bills are sent by email to students and all authorized payers. Past bills are available online. Follow the instructions below to log in and access billing and account history.

Pay Online

To pay a tuition bill online, you must either be a student or an authorized payer.  Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checking or savings account.

Students

To pay a bill online as a student, log into the MyGeneseo portal and choose "Student Account Center." This is also where you go to add an authorized payer to your account, join payment plans, sign up for direct deposit, and see your bills and account history

Authorized Payers

To pay a bill online as an authorized payer, log into the Student Account Center (this is a special link just for authorized payers).

Authorized payers can be added by students through the Student Account Center online billing system.  Instructions for setting up authorized payers are available on the Authorized Payers page.  The Office of Student Accounts is not able to add authorized payers on behalf of students.

Pay in Person

The Office of Student Accounts (located in Erwin Hall Room 103) will accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Personal checks, bank checks, and money orders should be made payable to SUNY Geneseo. Do not send cash.

International Student Payments

SUNY Geneseo has partnered with Flywire to streamline the process of international payments. Flywire allows you to pay securely from any country and any bank, generally in your home currency.

By making your payment with Flywire you can:

1. Track your payments from start to finish
2. Save on bank fees and exchange rates
3. Contact their multilingual customer support team with any questions, day or night

College Savings Program

If you have invested in a 529 College Savings Program, you will need to contact your account administrator to request payment be issued to SUNY Geneseo.  Payments can be mailed to Student Accounts at the address provided above.  Please allow 7-10 business days for your payment to be received by the College.
