W.E.L.L. at Geneseo - Wellbeing Education for Leaders in Learning

W.E.L.L. at Geneseo is a new program from Health and Counseling and open to all faculty/staff on campus!
- Learn about common mental health topics that show up in and out of the classroom
- Build skills and gain confidence in supporting and referring students in need
- Enhance your relationship with yourself and campus community members
- Discover offerings on campus that can help support faculty/staff wellness
- Participate in systems-level change to improve collective campus wellbeing
The workshops below are open to faculty and staff whether you are interested in pursuing a certificate or just want to come a single session.
To earn a certificate participants must complete the three required components and two or more elective components. The total time commitment for earning the certificate is about 14 hours. There is no set timeline for completion and you can attend workshops in any order. We encourage you to participate in the way that makes the most sense for you and we are open to suggestions for additional educational offerings!
