Welcome to SUNY Geneseo! I am a board certified Family Physician and fortunate to be Medical Director here in the Department of Student Health and Counseling. I completed my undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, received my doctorate from Upstate Medical University and completed my residency at Highland Hospital in 2011. I joined the staff in Health Services excited to provide evidence based, holistic care to students. We can care for a wide variety of conditions, from respiratory infections to joint problems, right here on the campus. We work closely with the Counseling Services staff to help our students dealing with mental health concerns. For situations where more complex testing and treatment is required, we can refer to local providers or help coordinate care with specialists you may already have. I enjoy working with students to achieve their health goals and support their learning on campus.
I grew up in a small town in Western New York and love this part of the world. I enjoy relaxing with my family, time in the woods or on the water, and a good hot sauna.
