In general, advocates are available Sunday through Thursday when classes are in session during the fall and spring semesters. Services aren’t available when classes aren’t in session, such as during fall break, Thanksgiving break, spring break, study days, and finals. Services also aren’t available during winter/intersession and summer.

Starting in Fall 2026, we offer two options for chat:

1.     Click the GroupMe Join Link if you already have a GroupMe account (you can change your nickname if you’d like).

New to Groupme? Click the link above, & when prompted, enter a nickname (no personal info required)

           Once you join, click on the Geneseo Pathways profile in the member list

           Select “Direct Message” to privately chat with a peer advocate

2.     Join the Geneseo Pathways Discord server if you already have an account. New to Discord? Here are step by step instructions to create an account and connect with us.

            Once you join the server, send us a friend request to privately DM an advocate.
