Genesee Hall is a suite-style building located in the North Village with quick access to the intramural athletic fields and Letchworth Dining Hall. It is one of Geneseo's three gender-inclusive housing options, along with Putnam Hall and the Saratoga Terrace Townhouses.
Genesee Hall is comprised of nine sections, or quads, with four six-person or eight-person suites. Each quad contains a kitchenette with a sink, oven, and stovetop. A typical suite consists of a bathroom, a living room area, and three or four bedrooms. Laundry facilities are available on each floor and there is an indoor bicycle storage room on the ground floor of Tower B.

Students living in Genesee Hall will:
- Create meaningful relationships with each other and lasting connections with faculty and staff
- Explore their own passions as they identify the different pathways to achieve institutional and career benchmarks
- Demonstrate the ability to live among other students that no matter the their gender identity and/or gender expression
- Develop cultural competency skills and knowledge (including personal identities) through workshops, outreach, and building positive relationships
