50-Year Club Luncheon and Awards Program

Caprese salad: mixed garden greens, fresh mozzarella, sliced grape tomatoes with lemon zested pesto dressing (VT)

Grilled hoisin glazed chicken breast with blackberry sauce, oven roasted sweet potato with local honey and butter and oven roasted asparagus

Vegetarian Option - Ratatouille stuffed Portobello mushroom with roasted red pepper coulis (GF, VT)

Cheesecake with fresh strawberries and blueberries (from local vendor Cheesy Eddie's - owned and operated by alumni John and Colleen Baker '83)

Lunch includes sliced bread/dinner rolls & butter, iced water w/ lemon and poured coffee service

50-Year Club Dinner and Reception

Antipasti display - Herb marinated mozzarella, grilled eggplant, marinated mushrooms, artichokes, vine-ripened tomatoes, Kalamata olives and break sticks

Chopped vegetable market salad with balsamic vinaigrette and assorted toppings

Pasta statation: ravioli with roasted red-pepper sauce; bow tie pasta with Gorgonzola cream sauce

Sweets table: bread pudding with NYS maple glaze, brownie bar with raspberry chocolate sauce, carmel sauce and toppings, fresh fruit parfaits with minted whip cream
