Tuesday, February 5th- Explo / Exploration School has summer jobs for all majors. Meet with Explo staff at MCU lobby 11am -5pm or at the INFO session in MCU room 329 at 6pm.  Link to flyers. 

Wednesday, February 6th- PART-TIME AND SUMMER JOB FAIR - SES OFFICE is hosting a PART-TIME & SUMMER Jobs Fair WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 6th in the College Union Lobby for employers that have part-time or seasonal positions that do not require a degree.  There is also the Volunteer & Study Abroad Fair in the College Union Ballroom so our hope is to draw a number of students with this combined event.  These Fairs run NOON to 4pm. February 12, March 12, February 9: JOB FAIRS hosted by Livingston County:  Livingston County Gov't Center, Avon Rd, Geneseo, NY. Check the Livingston County Job Fair Facebook page for a list of participating employers. Link to Flyer

March 27 6th ANNUAL PROFESSIONAL JOB & INTERNSHIP FAIR from 1pm - 3:30pm at SUNY Geneseo hosted by SUNY Geneseo Department of Career Development. With nearly 500 students in attendance last year this is a highly coveted event. Handshake has more information about this and other events for both students and employers. Employers Employers without Handshake accounts may go to SUNY Geneseo Department of Career Development for more information. This Fair is only will only for organizations recruiting professional (degree required) or internship positions.  Employers seeking seasonal, part-time, non-degree positions should contact Student Employment Service Office at or 585.245.5734 at to discuss appropriate recruiting options.  

HANDSHAKE: Geneseo Transition to Handshake, an online platform for job postings and job hunting that is used by over 500 colleges and by over 250,000+ employers. This platform is administered by Department of Career Development to post internships and professional jobs. Handshake is shared with the Financial Aid Office to post on-campus Work-Study jobs & with the Student Employment Service Office to post part-time and seasonal jobs. Students may log in via or via
