When students ask what it’s like to do this job, I share what is true for me: it’s a privilege to be invited into people’s minds and hearts, and working with SUNY Geneseo students is a gift. I am dedicated to providing therapy to individuals and making meaningful progress on efforts to promote collective wellbeing on our campus and in our communities. I seek to embody a holistic approach that is built upon creating authentic relationships, as I wholeheartedly believe that our relationships with ourselves and others are the building blocks for growth, change, and healing. 

My dream dinner guests include Esther Perel, Mister Rogers, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. When I’m not in therapist mode, I enjoy attending concerts and comedy shows, going for walks outside, and learning new things.
