Alexa Victor
I’m a communications major with a passion for social justice. The Business Excellence Program really helped me adjust to college, make personal and professional connection, and figure out what I want to do for the rest of my college career.
Jocelyn Haines
I’m a business administration major with a conflict studies minor. I’m involved with several business and volunteer clubs as well as the GOLD program. The Business Excellence Program has been an incredible platform to seek mentorship and resources available through the School of Business.
Owen Sidhu
I’m an intern at Constellation Brands for the summer and a sophomore studying accounting and finance. I was fully remote for my first year and it was very hard to make connections at Geneseo. The Business Excellence Program allowed me to have that close family I was looking for and I’ve made very good and lasting friendships with many of the people in BEP!
Alexis Kruzicki
I’m an accounting major with a minor in data analytics, pursuing a dual major in finance this coming fall. I participate in BEP, Women in Business, the Student Managed Investment Fund, and College Senate. I’m the treasurer of the thrift store on campus. I’m an RA, social media intern for the Center for Community, and am an accounting tutor. I love Geneseo and plan to make the best of the next three years.
Jacob Vogel
I’m from Wading River on Long Island. The Business Excellence Program has been a great experience for me — in particular my experiences with my mentor that are possible because of this program. In only one year at Geneseo, the BEP has allowed me to gain experiences that others may never get in four years at Geneseo.
Natsuki Takata
I’m an international student from Japan with an interest in sustainable business. The Business Excellence Program helped me to not only make new networks with friends, professors, and alumni, but to also deeply understand what I want to focus on in my future career. Also, members always inspire me to make contact with other alumni, join job events, and do internships.
Kurtis Wurster
I’m from Marion, NY, and I’m a second-year business administration major with a minor in data analytics. The Business Excellence Program helped me gain exposure and knowledge from experienced professionals who have been in my shoes before to try to help me prepare and further understand what I need to do for my future in the realm of business.
Jaelyn Rodgers Denniston
I’m a business administration major who will soon be adding a marketing minor. I’m also the treasurer of the African Student Association, a member of the OGX Dance Team, and I help run the School of Business Instagram page. The BEP really taught me the importance of networking and gave me the opportunity to receive advice from past alumni.
