The 5-Day Challenge:

  • Day 1: Eat for Brain Power – Add brain-boosting foods like salmon, walnuts, and blueberries to your meals.
  • Day 2: Move for Mental Clarity – Get 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to improve focus and memory.
  • Day 3: Master Your Sleep – Prioritize 7+ hours of quality rest to enhance learning and problem-solving.
  • Day 4: Manage Stress – Practice mindfulness or deep breathing for at least 10 minutes.
  • Day 5: Take Smarter Breaks – Use the Pomodoro Technique: 25 minutes of study, followed by a 5-minute break.
