SUNY Geneseo is involved with two upcoming teacher recruitment fairs. The Genesee Valley Educational Partnership is working with us for the first one this Wednesday, April 6, from 11 a.m to 5 p.m. in the MacVittie Union Lobby.
Superintendents, principals and other representatives from a variety of area school districts will be on hand to speak with potential candidates for teaching positions as well as service positions, administration, etc. Candidates will have the opportunity for open information exchange and to participate in individual interviews. Candidates should bring 20 copies of their resume.
The other fair is the annual teacher interviewing event called "Teacher Recruitment Day" April 13 at SUNY Brockport. Geneseo's Career Design Center is co-sponsoring the event, which is sponsored by RACDA (Rochester Area Career Development Association) and over 100 school districts are attending, from all over the country.
