Ordering a Master's Cap, Gown and Hood

Please note that the masters regalia is different (black) from undergrad (blue and white) and includes a hood to represent your advanced degree. All questions and inquiries about your regalia should be directed to the Barnes and Noble Bookstore in the MacVittie College Union. Phone: 585-245-5866.

Masters Candidates can:

2. Purchase your cap and gown online through Herff Jones Cap and Gown (search Geneseo and choose Geneseo State University of NY) and have it shipped to you for a standard shipping and handling fee. The deadline for ordering regalia online for guaranteed delivery by Commencement is April 20, 2024.

3. If neither of these options works, please contact that bookstore directly at 585-245-5866 and they will work with you to get you your regalia in time for the ceremony.
