Are you a transfer student joining the Geneseo community this fall and eager to know about course registration?
The Academic Planning and Advising office works to ensure that new transfer students get schedules that will be degree-applicable. Our priority is to make sure you're making progress toward your degree in a timely manner. We know that some incoming students get nervous that the classes they need (or are interested in) will fill up when current students register, but please don't worry. The office holds seats from current students to save them for new transfer students. Learn more about the "reserved seat" registration scheduling process for incoming transfer students.
The only way that we can assure that students get the courses they need is to pre-make their schedules. You are able to provide input on your schedule preferences and offer information on your prior coursework, time conflicts, and scheduling restrictions via the fall registration questionnaire. You can submit your information in the registration queue as we get closer to Fall registration. You will receive an email once this site is open and at that time you may visit KnightWeb or the Office of New Student Programs website to do so, once the site is open.
