Friday | June 5, 2026

10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Reunion Welcome Center Open in the MacVittie College Union
Sign in and pick up your name tag, reunion swag, itinerary, campus maps, meal tickets, and more! All guests are required to check in at the Welcome Center upon arrival. Your reunion name tag is your admission ticket to all free weekend events.

If you have booked on-campus housing, you will receive instructions at the Welcome Center on how, where, and when to check in to the residence halls. You must first collect your Reunion credentials before checking in.

Visit the College Bookstore in the MacVittie College Union to stock up on Geneseo swag! Receive a 10% discount on apparel when you present your reunion name tag. Open until 4 p.m.

Swing by Starbucks and grab a cup of coffee or a treat. Open until 2 p.m.

Explore Bailey, Brodie, Fraser, ISC, Milne, Newton, ISC, South, and Welles.

Enjoy a 25-minute golf cart tour of campus, hosted by a Reunion assistant. There is a maximum of four passengers per cart. Register for a tour at 10, 10:30, 11, or 11:30 a.m. All tours depart from the Welcome Center.

For years, SUNY Geneseo has been host to an incredible line-up of events, including big-name concerts, world-renowned speakers, and famous performing artists. Stop by the ballroom lounge in the MacVittie College Union to check out memorable concert posters and more than 7,000 contracts from performers (1966-2021).

Gather with classmates to reminisce, laugh, and share life stories since graduation. The official Class of 1976 50th Reunion photo will take place after the gathering.

Visit with some of your favorite Geneseo departments and offices to learn what’s new at the College. Participants TBA.

Alumni from the Class of 1976 are invited to a celebratory dinner to commemorate their 50th Reunion. Spend meaningful time with classmates and enjoy a relaxing and informal dinner.

🎟️ $30 per person. Advance registration required.

Meet up with your friends and “kickoff” Reunion Weekend in style. Enjoy music by Dave Turner Live and dance the night away to songs from across the decades. A cash bar and tavern menu will be available for purchase.

  • New in 2026 – this is a private event for registered Reunion guests only. Your reunion name tag is your admission ticket to this event. Please plan to pick up your credentials at the Reunion Welcome Center (MacVittie College Union) in advance.
  • Please be prepared to show proof of age when purchasing an alcoholic beverage at any Reunion events.

Saturday | June 6, 2026

9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

  • 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
    • Geneseo Knights Fun Run/Walk – Meet at the College Tennis Courts and enjoy a scenic and leisurely jog or walk through campus. Maps will be provided; approximate distance of 5k.
    • Historic Village Walking Tour – Meet at Cosmic Charlie Cafe (2 School Street) to join community members Jim and Anita Whitehead for a historic tour past some of the village’s most iconic buildings and businesses.
  • 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Milne Library Open House – Check out the newly renovated Milne Library and learn more about this stunning 21st century hub for students.
  • 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Virtual Reality Tour of Sturges – Take a virtual walk through Sturges Hall as it’s being renovated. Learn about what’s new and what, if anything, is staying the same!

Celebrate the spirit of the Geneseo community with alumni and friends at an outdoor party like no other! Be sure to stick around for the all-alumni group picture at 4:30 p.m.
