Includes but are not limited to cloth (e.g. homemade sewn, quick cut, bandana) and medical masks, must meet the following criteria:
- fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face;
- completely covers the nose and mouth;
- includes multiple layers of fabric;
- allows for breathing without restriction; and
- if cloth, can be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape.
