Each employer on Handshake is vetted for authenticity by our department as each has asked permission to have exclusive access to SUNY Geneseo students. Why? Focus 2
Focus 2 guides students through a reliable, intuitive career & education decision-making model to help them choose majors offered at Geneseo, explore occupations & make informed career decisions. To access your account, click on the Focus 2 logo, then click the "register" button. Type in the access code "knight" and complete your registration. Meaningful Work Kit
The Meaningful Work Kit (MWK) is an interactive career assessment tool to help you understand and prioritize what makes you thrive. Knowing what matters to you is an important step toward identifying your priorities. The MWK focuses on your core values, your work culture preferences, and skills you enjoy using. This assessment tool includes directions, follow-up questions, and a downloadable results sheet.
