Career Design Center

The Career Design Center encourages students to be active participants in their future by engaging their curiosities, trying things out, making adjustments, and embracing change, even when they might not be able to imagine their future career goals. Career design is not about students figuring out what they want to do for the rest of their lives; it is about whatever they want to do next. Read more about the Career Design Center.

YOU ARE HERE… so let’s begin!

The Career Design Center's Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Belonging

Diversity, equity, and belonging are at the center of our work. We are committed to ensuring equitable access to career preparation by addressing equity gaps that can improve career mobility and positive outcomes. 100% of our staff members have completed Safe Zone and Mental Health First Aid Training, as well as the Advancing Cultural Competency Certificate (ACCC) Program. We strive to create a safe and supportive space that is welcoming to everyone and celebrates our differences. We also recognize that our DEB work is never complete and will focus on the continuous improvement to better support our students and campus community.

We appreciate you and you are welcome here!
