Office of Strategic Initiatives

The Office of Strategic Initiatives works collaboratively across divisions to advance the access, outcomes, experiences, and infrastructure and financial sustainability established in the college’s 2022-2027 Strategic Plan.

The Project Director for Strategic Initiatives works closely with campus constituents to build and manage a new programming pipeline. This pipeline will include both credit-bearing and non-credit-bearing programming. As new programming emerges, infrastructures must be updated and implemented as needed to support new learning opportunities. As we move forward with our institutional vision of an equity-centered honors college, the office of strategic initiatives assists in the college’s efforts to expand the Geneseo experience to a wider range of students.
