CAS Employee Referral Program
Campus Auxiliary Services has a full-time and part-time Employee Referral Program. We believe that many times our employees can identify qualified candidates for open positions. Participants can earn a cash bonus for qualified candidates.

Referral Bonus
We are offering a bonus amount for each successful hire referred. Applicants must meet the program criteria in order to receive payment. Complete our online form or submit the printed form.
- Successful referrals of full-time employees earn $1000
- Successful referrals of part-time/casual employees earn $500
Requirements
The referring employee must notify the referred candidate of the job vacancy and obtain the individual’s consent to have their name submitted. For each qualified candidate referred, the referring employee must complete an Employee Referral Form and submit it to Human Resources prior to the referred employee starting employment.
Program Details
- Applicant must list your name as the referral source on their application
- Full-time positions, the bonus is paid after the new employee has worked 90 days
- Casual employee’s bonus is paid after the new employee has worked 200 hours
- Both employee and referring employee must be employed and actively working for CAS when bonus is paid
