My Better Benefits (MBB)
Available to student, hourly, and salaried employees
As a CAS employee, you gain membership to My Better Benefits, a program that offers discounts on entertainment, clothing, restaurants, and other services to its members. Contact CAS Human Resources to receive your My Better Benefits Membership Card and ID, and log into the My Better Benefits website to begin saving.
Mobile & Wireless
Available to hourly and salaried employees
Employees are eligible to receive discounted monthly cellular service and equipment from AT&T Wireless and Verizon Wireless. Both companies will require a valid NY State employee ID (current SUNY Geneseo ID), NY State drivers’ license or non-operators ID, and social security number to establish a new account or to add the discount to an existing cellular account. In order to take advantage of this benefit, you must contact the companies directly.
AT&T
AT&T offers a 20% monthly service discount. Please contact the company for specifics on equipment and feature discounts as promotions change frequently. You can visit any local retail store. Geneseo’s local store is located at:

Verizon offers a 19% monthly service discount. Please contact the company for specifics on equipment and feature discounts as promotions change frequently. If you have existing contracts with Verizon, visit the Verizon website. Note that you will need to have your SUNY Geneseo email address to use this site.
T-Mobile
T-Mobile offers a 15% discount on plans, waived initial activation fees, and free shipping to SUNY employees.
BJ's Membership
Available to student, hourly, and salaried employees
A special BJ's Membership offer just for employees of CAS at SUNY Geneseo:
- Join or renew now and save $10 on the $50 Membership fee.
- Alternately, choose BJ's Rewards Membership and save $20 on the $100 membership fee and start earning 2% payback with your first BJ's purchase.
Either way, you'll get an additional 3 months of Membership (15 total). All BJ's Memberships include a second Membership Card for a household member at no extra charge.

Performances

Workout Center
Available to student, hourly, and salaried employees
As members of the SUNY Geneseo family, hourly and salaried employees at CAS are able to utilize the Geneseo Workout Center, a comprehensive fitness facility featuring top-of-the-line exercise equipment. The Center is located on the lower level of the Merritt Athletic Center next to the ice arena and is open to SUNY Geneseo students, faculty, and staff ONLY.
The Workout Center offers a great opportunity for promoting a healthy lifestyle. Facility equipment includes two complete 15 station Nautilus circuits, seven Stairmasters, eight elliptical machines, seven electronic bikes, eight Stairmaster Treadmills, and extensive free weights. The center offers aerobics classes throughout the semester. Check posted schedules or call the Sports Hotline for the latest information at 585.245.5350.
Memberships for faculty and staff can be purchased online or at the center between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday – Friday. The center accepts credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover), cash, or checks.

Parking
Available to hourly and salaried employees
CAS completely covers the cost of hourly and salaried employees' parking permits, a $50 value per academic year. Employees receive a discounted rate of $7 for additional vehicles.
Bus Services
Available to student, hourly, and salaried employees
The SUNY Geneseo bus is free with College ID and operates daily on campus and throughout the local area. Weekend runs to Rochester include stops at transportation hubs, University of Rochester, RIT, some malls, and nightspots. Access Geneseo bus schedules online.
