How to Book a Room

You can easily book a room and plan your department or organization's event by calling us at 585-245-5500, sending us an e-mail, or through our on-line booking tool, Virtual EMS.

Book your room on-line through Virtual EMS. Virtual EMS is Geneseo's room scheduling software. EMS allows you to search for rooms that are currently available for use. This option works well for those events that do NOT require campus support or services, such as small meetings and class review sessions.
