SUNY Student Satisfaction Survey

The SUNY Student Satisfaction Survey is a new survey created in collaboration with multiple SUNY campuses and SUNY Central Administration. This survey is being used to evaluate various programs, services and facilities on campuses across the SUNY system. The survey will identify strengths and areas for improvements on campuses. This survey is replacing the Student Opinion Survey.

The SUNY Student Satisfaction Survey will be sent to all Degree Seeking, SUNY Geneseo undergraduate students 18 years or older enrolled for at least one credit this Spring semester. Survey participation is voluntary and individual identifiable responses are used by researchers for analytical purposes only and are not shared with instructors or other campus officials/administrators. The SSS requires students to grant permission to use the local ID for this purpose. If a student does not grant permission, they may complete the SSS anonymously.

Students should receive their first email in their Geneseo Email accounts on Thursday, April 8th. Students will receive multiple emails throughout the month of April and the survey will close May 31st.
