Update on Post-Thanksgiving Credits: Student Accounts has posted room credits for students who have indicated that they will be leaving campus after Thanksgiving. The office will post meal plan credits by the end of the fall semester for students who have requested that their meal plan be discontinued after Thanksgiving.
If you are expecting a refund for the fall semester, the use of direct deposit is strongly encouraged!

The Student Accounts Office serves the campus bursary function with the responsibility for collection of tuition, room and board charges, fees, and other campus revenue. The office is also responsible for the collection and disbursement of state and federal financial aid as governed by appropriate regulations.
In addition, the Student Accounts Offices works with other campus administrators in the development of registration, student refund, and room and board policies.
Student Accounts is responsible for the collection of monies owed by financially delinquent students and consults with other departments to provide arrangements for these collections. The office cooperates with other departments in the reporting and safeguarding of cash and other financial transactions.

Refund checks will no longer be available for pick up in the Student Accounts Office. All refund checks will be mailed to the student's permanent mailing address. The use of direct deposit is highly recommended for the quickest, safest delivery of your refunds!
