We are seeking a Director for Support Services to join our team.
The Director for Support Services reports directly to the Chief Information Officer and provides leadership for Support Services and is responsible for providing technical support for approximately 4500 students, and 900 faculty and staff. The Director supervises a team of four to five professionals and approximately 20 students. The Director is part of a six-member management team led by the CIO. In coordination with the CIO and other Directors of Computing & Information Technology, the Director for Support Services develops, implements and maintains technology solutions consistent with the capabilities of the college’s IT network and campus technology. In addition to overseeing all aspects of end-user support, the successful candidate will deeply understand and advocate for the IT needs and challenges of the campus community to CIT, and vice versa. As such, they will develop strong relationships with both constituencies and be able to modulate their perspective and communication based on their audience.
