Phi Sigma Tau Honor Society
Phi Sigma Tau is the International Honor Society in Philosophy. The SUNY Geneseo chapter is NY-Xi.
Active Membership
Undergraduate students are eligible for active membership if they have completed:
- 3 semesters of undergraduate work
- 12 credit hours in philosophy (at least 6 credit hours must be at or above the 200-level; of these at least 3 must be at or above the 300-level)
- maintained a 3.5 GPA in philosophy courses
- maintained a 3.2 GPA overall
