The Title IX Coordinator or the Dean of Students will explain the student conduct process and what to expect if an investigation and hearing proceed. These resources are not confidential, but complainants and respondents are entitled to privacy.

The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for responding to all reports of sexual discrimination which include rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking and domestic or dating violence. They do not serve as an advocate, rather they ensure that both parties receive equity and due process throughout an investigation.

The Title IX Coordinator also assists in helping the respondent find an advisor to guide them through the conduct process, connects them to counseling resources, and offers interim measures for both parties while the investigation is taking place.
