Coverage Area

Animated WGSU Logo Currently, WGSU's antenna and transmitter are broken, which has taken down our FM signal. Our online live stream is still going strong, so you can still listen to all of your favorite WGSU programming, but we will not be available at 89.3 FM until further notice. In the meantime, you can listen to WGSU  via WGSU’s live stream and hear select content on SoundCloud.

When operational, WGSU broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on 89.3 MHz. The station’s 1.8 kW (effective radiated power) signal, originating from north of Anne S. Blake Hall on the SUNY Geneseo campus, reaches an audience within an approximately 10–20 mile radius from Geneseo.
