Center for Interdisciplinary Programs

The Center for Interdisciplinary Programs (CIP) provides a central home for the following interdisciplinary majors:

• American Studies, Coordinator Dr. Caroline Woidat
• Black Studies, Coordinators Dr. Catherine Adams and Dr. Maria Lima
• Individualized Studies (BA and BS), Coordinator Dr. Lytton Smith
• Women's and Gender Studies, Coordinator Dr. Amanda Roth

The CIP is located in Erwin Hall, room 217. The Coordinator, Dr. Caroline Woidat, serves on the Academic Council on behalf of all four programs. 

The CIP provides centralized support for course planning, assessment, program review, faculty hiring, event planning, and faculty and student meetings.
