Using the My Health Portal

myhealth.geneseo.edu

Students are able to access many features and services through your student health portal, My Health.  My Health includes links for scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, completing required forms, enabling text message reminders, sending and receiving secure messages, verifying your visits, and more!  

Schedule an Appointment

  1. Go to myhealth.geneseo.edu.
  2. Login in with your Geneseo email and password.
  3. Enter your birthdate MM/DD/YYYY.
  4. Click on the I would like to... blue button "Check-in / Schedule An Appointment."
  5. Click the blue "Schedule an Appointment" button.
  6. Select what you need and click "Continue."
  7. Continue as instructed.

Cancel an Appointment

  1. Go to myhealth.geneseo.edu.
  2. Login in with your Geneseo email and password.
  3. Enter your birthdate MM/DD/YYYY.
  4. Click on the I would like to... blue button "Check-in / Schedule An Appointment."
  5. All pending appointments will be listed. 
  6. Find the scheduled appointment you wish to cancel and click the blue "Cancel Appointment" link.
  7. Select the reason for the cancellation and click OK. 

Complete Required Surveys/Questionnaires

  1. Go to myhealth.geneseo.edu.
  2. Click the "Appointments" tab on the main menu.  If you have required questionnaires, an orange button will show up next to this tab with the word questionnaire plus the number of questionnaires you need to complete (e.g. "1 Questionnaire").  You must complete all questionnaires before proceeding.  When you are finished with each questionnaire, click "Done."

Enable Text Message Reminders

  1. Go to myhealth.geneseo.edu.
  2. Login in with your Geneseo email and password.
  3. Enter your birthdate MM/DD/YYYY.
  4. Click on the I would like to... blue button "Edit My Profile."
  5. Scroll down to Text Messaging and click "Edit."
  6. Enter your mobile phone number.
  7. Check the box for “I would like to receive text messages,"
  8. Select your mobile phone carrier. (if the phone carrier is wrong, texting will NOT work)
  9. Click the blue "Continue" button.
  10. Review the information you entered and click the blue "Confirm" button if it is correct.

Send a Message to a Staff Member

  1. Go to myhealth.geneseo.edu.
  2. Login in with your Geneseo email and password.
  3. Enter your birthdate MM/DD/YYYY.
  4. Click on I would like to... blue button "Send a Secure Message"
  5. Click on "New Message".
  6. Choose from Administration, Medical Health Services, and Counseling Services. 
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Select the category.
  9. If the Recipient field isn't automatically filled, select the staff member you would like to message. 
  10. Enter your message in the text box and click send.

Obtain a Visit Verification

  1. Go to myhealth.geneseo.edu.
  2. Login in with your Geneseo email and password.
  3. Enter your birthdate MM/DD/YYYY.
  4. Scroll down the main menu to click on Visit Summary.
  5. Review the list of visit summaries.  Click on View for the date you need.
  6. Once the summary is open, you can print this information (CTRL+P).

Obtain a Your Immunization History

  1. Go to myhealth.geneseo.edu.
  2. Login in with your Geneseo email and password.
  3. Enter your birthdate MM/DD/YYYY.
  4. Click on Immunization History on the left navigation pane.
  5. Click PRINT in the upper right to save as PDF or send to a printer.

Access a Teletherapy (Counseling) Appointment

For Fall 2021, all initial counseling appointments (triage; new and returning intakes) are being conducted via teletherapy (Zoom).  Review our information on Accessing Counseling Services Appointments.
