Using the My Health Portal

Students are able to access many features and services through your student health portal, My Health.  My Health includes links for scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, completing required forms, enabling text message reminders, sending and receiving secure messages, verifying your visits, and more!  

Schedule an Appointment

  1. Go to
  2. You will see the main screen that states "Welcome to the Department of Health and Counseling Portal."  
  3. Click on "Check-in / Schedule An Appointment."
  4. Then click on the blue "Schedule an Appointment" button.
  5. Select Health or Counseling Appointment.
  6. You will see options based on your selections. Select the bullet point for the type of appointment you wish to schedule and click "Continue"; proceed as directed.  (Note: Do NOT use this for urgent or emergency concerns.)

Cancel an Appointment

  1. Go to
  2. Click on Appointments from the menu.
  3. Scroll down to "Currently scheduled appointments."  Find the scheduled appointment that you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Appointment" link below the appointment.
  4. From the "Appointments: Cancel" screen, select a reason from the drop-down menu (choose "Other" if nothing applies) and then click on the blue "Okay" button.

Complete Required Surveys/Questionnaires

  1. Go to
  2. Click the "Appointments" tab on the main menu.  If you have required questionnaires, an orange button will show up next to this tab with the word questionnaire plus the number of questionnaires you need to complete (e.g. "1 Questionnaire").  You must complete all questionnaires before proceeding.  When you are finished with each questionnaire, click "Done."

Enable Text Message Reminders

  1. Go to
  2. Click on Profile from the menu.  Scroll down to Text Messaging and click "Edit."
  3. From the "Edit Mobile Phone" screen, enter your mobile phone number with area code, check the box for “I would like to receive text messages," select your mobile phone carrier, and click the blue "Continue" button (important!).
  4. Review the information you entered and click the blue "Confirm" button if it is correct.

Send a Message to a Staff Member

  1. Go to
  2. Click on Messages from the menu.
  3. Click on the "New Message" option.
  4. From the next screen, choose the "Medical Services" or "Counseling Services" option; click the blue button to "Continue."
  5. Follow further instructors to select the individual who you would like to message.  When you have completed your message, click "Send."

Obtain a Visit Verification

  1. Go to
  2. Scroll down the main menu to click on Visit Summary.
  3. Review the list of visit summaries.  Click on View for the date you need.
  4. Once the summary is open, you can print this information (CTRL+P).

Obtain a Your Immunization History

  1. Go to
  2. Scroll down the main menu to click on Immunization History.
  3. Once the screen is open, you can print this information using the available PRINT button or CTRL+P.

Access a Teletherapy (Counseling) Appointment
