Using the My Health Portal

Students are able to access many features and services through your student health portal, My Health.  My Health includes links for scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, completing required forms, enabling text message reminders, sending and receiving secure messages, verifying your visits, and more! 

To log into your student health portal go to:

  1.  myhealth.geneseo.edu
  2. Login in with your Geneseo email and password.
  3. Enter your birthdate MMDDYYYY then click Proceed.

Access My Health

Schedule an Appointment
  • Under the header: I would like to...
  • Click the blue "Schedule An Appointment" button.
  • Click the blue "Schedule An Appointment" button on the next page.
  • Select Health Appointment or Counseling Services then click "Continue." 
  • You will be guided through a series of options based on your appointment criteria.
Cancel an Appointment
  • Under the header: I would like to...
  • Click the blue "Schedule An Appointment" button.
  • All pending appointments will be listed. 
  • Find the scheduled appointment you wish to cancel and click the blue "Cancel Appointment" link.
  • Select the reason for the cancellation and click OK. 
  • Please note that you will NOT be able to cancel an appointment within 2 hours of the appointments start time. You will need to call our office to do so.
Health Immunization/Form Requirements
  • Navigate to the left menu and click on Medical Clearances
  •  
  • Here you will find a list of all the required immunizations and forms that must be entered/completed before arriving on campus.
Complete Required Surveys/Questionnaires
  • You must complete all questionnaires before proceeding. 
  • When you are finished with each questionnaire, click "Done."
Enable Text Message Reminders
  • Under the: I would like to header... click the blue "Edit My Profile" button.
  • Scroll down to Text Messaging and click "Edit."
  • Enter your mobile phone number.
  • Check the checkbox next to “I would like to receive text messages,"
  • Select your mobile phone carrier. (if the phone carrier is wrong, texting will NOT work)
  • Click the blue "Continue" button.
  • Review the information you entered and click the blue "Confirm" button if it is correct.
Send a Secure Message to a Staff Member
  • Under the: I would like to header... click the blue "Send a Secure Message" button.
  • Click on "New Message".
  • Choose from Administration, Medical Health Services, and Counseling Services. 
  • Click Continue.
  • Select the sub-category.
  • Click continue.
  • If the Recipient field isn't automatically filled in, select the staff member you would like to message from the Select Recipient link. 
  • Enter your message in the text boxes provided and click send.
Obtain a Visit Verification
  • Scroll down the left navigation menu and click on Visit Summary.
  • Click on View to the right of the summary you need.
  • Once the summary is open, you can print this information (CTRL+P) or right-click and select print.
Obtain a Your Immunization History
  • Scroll down the left navigation menu and click on Immunization History.
  • Click PRINT in the upper right to save it as a PDF or send it to a printer.
