Thanks for stopping by the Health & Counseling website! On these pages, you will find a wealth of information about our services. We hope that you find this material to be useful, as our dedicated professional staff members in Health Services, Counseling Services, Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Program, and Health Promotion are all committed to making your college years as healthy as possible.

Taking care of ourselves and developing healthy behaviors is key to living a balanced life, and students who attend programs in our "Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds" series through GOLD learn new skills for doing just that.  Come discover how to relax, manage stress, meditate, unwind and more through our many offerings.

We are always interested in hearing from you.  On the Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) web page, you can submit anonymous comments or suggestions via our online feedback form.  Please let us know how we are doing!

Administrative Director of Health & Counseling

A Note About Diversity

The Health & Counseling staff recognizes and appreciates the diversity of Geneseo’s student body and their health care needs. Our entire staff has participated in Safe Zone training to assist us with providing services in a way that is sensitive to the concerns of GLBTQIA students; many staff members have had additional diversity training as well. Our services are available to ALL students, and we do not discriminate in our service delivery, hiring, or other policies/procedures on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, age or nationality.  Finally, Lauderdale is the ONLY building on campus with ALL gender-neutral bathrooms.
