Midday Mindful Yoga—Free Weekly Yoga on Fridays

Join us for FREE weekly yoga classes on campus! 

NO CLASS ON 3/29/24 (instructor absence). Last class for the spring semester is 5/10/24.

Midday Mindful Yoga is drop-in on Fridays, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Schrader Dance Studio (above UPD). It is open to ALL members of the SUNY Geneseo community, including students, faculty, and staff. We practice together to cultivate community, to support a sense of belonging, and to promote healthy wellbeing.

The instructor, Dr. Beth Cholette (she/her), is both a licensed clinical psychologist and a registered yoga instructor. Her yoga teaching is offered at a slower pace and focuses on mind-body integration, individual experience, and personal practice on and off the mat.
