SUNY Geneseo Students

SUNY Geneseo students -- Please make a study abroad advising appointment using EAB Navigate. 
The usual length of an appointment is 45 minutes. 

Just getting started with study abroad?  

  • Attend a Study Abroad 101 session prior to your first advising appointment to help you get some direction. Session dates/times each semester can be found on our Get Started page.

Open to meet with whomever is available?

  1. Go to https://geneseo.campus.eab.com/ and sign in.
  2. Click on “Get Assistance” in the upper right.
  3. What type of appointment would you like to schedule?  "Advising"
    1. “General study abroad advisement” - if you are interested in learning more about study abroad
    2. “Program specific study abroad advisement” - if you have a specific study abroad program identified
    3. “Advisement for accepted study abroad students.” - if you have already been offered and accepted participation on a study abroad program
  4. For what location, click one location you prefer. Students can choose in-person or virtual appointments.
  5. Select the individual you would like to meet with and then select a day and time to meet. Please note, if you are not seeing a time that works on one advisor’s calendar, please check another advisor’s calendar for availability.
  6. On the next screen add anything specific you would like to discuss. Make sure you confirm the appointment. You will receive a confirmation email that includes the Google Meet URL (if doing a virtual appointment). If there is enough time, you will receive another confirmation one day prior to your meeting.
  7. Fill out the intake form to let the advisor know what you want to talk about and to help us prepare for the meeting.
Non-Geneseo Students

Non-Geneseo students -- Please make an appointment with one of our advisors via Google Calendar.
