Information for Individuals with Disabilities
Please request interpreting services at least two weeks prior to Commencement.
Seating is available for people with mobility impairments. Spectators using this seating may be accompanied by one other member of their party.
The entrance to floor seating for those using wheelchairs will be accessible earlier than general admission. Those using wheel chairs may enter at the southside of the arena (large overhead door) at 8:30am and 12:30pm. One guest may accompany each individual who is utilizing a wheelchair. All others must wait for the general admission arena opening at 9:00am (for the 10:00am ceremony) and 1:00pm (for the 2:00pm ceremony).
You will need to exchange your general admit tickets for floor seats online when you are claiming your tickets through the online link at University Tickets. Each graduate receives 4 tickets to the ceremony and may exchange 2 of those to guarantee floor access and seating for a family member and one addtional guest.
