robbie routenberg serves as the College’s first chief diversity officer (CDO), leading the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to advance the broader aim of creating an inclusive and supportive campus climate. They provide guidance on a range of efforts including ensuring compliance with laws prohibiting discrimination; overseeing campus matters relating to Title IX, affirmative action, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and domestic violence.

As the Assistant Director, Nichole Siwicki provides support in the areas of equal opportunity and compliance as they relate to SUNY Geneseo's Affirmative Action Plan and serves as Title IX investigator. As the Title IX investigator, Siwicki assists the Title IX coordinator and the chief diversity officer with allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, and misconduct involving both students and employees.
As the Title IX coordinator, Marcus Foster serves as an around-the-clock campus-wide resource for students and employees who have experienced sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and sexual exploitation. Foster provides students and employees who disclose an act of interpersonal violence with reporting options, support services, interim measures and assist with Title IX investigations. Additionally, the Title IX coordinator will support pregnant individuals and work to assist nursing parents with securing private lactation locations.
As the PREVENT coordinator, Carrie Johnson is responsible for planning and facilitating prevention programs for students in the areas of sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. Additionally, the PREVENT coordinator plans and facilitates bystander intervention programming.
The PREVENT — Prevention, Reduction and Education on Violence to Engage in Training — coordinator position is funded with a three-year grant from the US Department of Justice. Through this, Johnson works with the campus and local law enforcement to reduce incidents of sexual assault, dating/domestic violence and stalking on campus.
