Office of Financial Aid

COVID-19 Update December 1, 2020:

Our office in Erwin Hall is open with limited staff and in-person services. If you need assistance, we encourage you to reach out to us via phone or email as most staff continue to work remotely. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please email or call (585) 245-5731. If you need to submit documents to our office, please fax them to (585) 245-5717 or use our SECURE upload process.

We help students and families navigate federal and state financial aid at every stage of the process, from application to graduation. We also provide counseling on budgeting, study abroad, and available aid programs.
