Presidential Office Hours for Faculty, Staff and Students
Members of the SUNY Geneseo community have a shared interest in making our College the very best it can be. With the aim of expanding the opportunities for personal engagement and exchange of ideas for institutional enhancement, President Battles invites campus community members to meet with her virtually during office hours.
For the fall semester, meetings will take place using Zoom, and are open to individuals or groups of two or three people. To maximize the opportunities for access by College community members, each meeting will be scheduled for 15 minutes, and first time participants will be given priority.
Requests may be made through the online form below and should be made no less than one week in advance. Those submitting requests should be sure to complete the topic section, as any matters that are more appropriately addressed by other College personnel will be rerouted in order to facilitate prompt consideration (For example: grade disputes, personnel issues and salary increases, media requests, etc.).
Requestors are asked to indicate their availability by selecting one or more time-slots; specifying more than one will assist in the scheduling process. A subsequent email message will confirm scheduled appointment and zoom access information.
The dates and times for 2020-2021 office hours are as follows; please know that this schedule is subject to change if needed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances:
- Friday, September 25 at 9:30 a.m. (click here to register)
- Tuesday, October 20 at 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 11 at 1 p.m.
- Thursday, December 3 at 9 a.m.
