robbie routenberg serves as the college’s first chief diversity officer (CDO), leading the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to advance the broader aim of creating an inclusive and supportive campus climate. They provide guidance on a range of efforts including ensuring compliance with laws prohibiting discrimination; overseeing campus matters relating to Title IX, affirmative action, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and domestic violence.

As the administrative assistant to the chief diversity officer, Karie manages the CDO’s calendar and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Office of Diversity and Equity (ODE), including the Title IX Office, Multicultural Programs and Services, LGBTQ Programs and Services, and Hillel. She also provides both administrative and scheduling support to the Bias Prevention Response Team, Advancing Cultural Competency Certificate, and the President’s Commission on Diversity and Community.

Myko is a 3-year-old yellow lab and our newest addition to the office.  He loves providing comfort to people.  When he's not busy in the office, he enjoys being outside, hiking, swimming and playing with his friends at doggy daycare.
