Bills

The Office of Student Accounts, located in Erwin 103, is responsible for billing and collecting all student accounts. Any question or concern regarding bills and payment should be directed to the Office of Student Accounts at (585) 245-5621.

Prior to each semester, bills are mailed to both students who have registered for the upcoming semester and students newly admitted to the College. Billing instructions must be followed in order to confirm course registration.

All Geneseo students will receive a bill for the Fall Term early in July. This bill, along with the appropriate payment, must be returned by August 1. Spring bills are mailed mid November and are due December 15.  For more information on college costs,  go to /student_accounts/college_costs

To assist in paying your semester bill, Geneseo offers a Tuition Installment Plan (TIP). This popular plan allows you to pay your semester bill in two installments - August 1 and October 1. Additional information will accompany your semester bill.

Grades, transcripts, diplomas and future registrations will be withheld on any outstanding account. Accounts that remain delinquent will be referred to a third party collector where additional collection costs will be assessed.

All charges are subject to change.
